PERM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PERM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,912 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PERM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CMSS1, EHBP1L1_S1168, and GSTM2. Each is linked with PERM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PERM1-to-partner and partner-to-PERM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PERM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PERM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
