PERM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PERM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 195 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PERM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WBP1LP1, OR2M4, and DEFB123. Each is linked with PERM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PERM1-to-partner and partner-to-PERM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PERM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PERM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
