PER2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PER2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,816 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PER2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIPK2, SH3BP4, and SH3BP4_S246. Each is linked with PER2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PER2-to-partner and partner-to-PER2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PER2 versus RIPK2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
