PER2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PER2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,211 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PER2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LSM3, LRR1, and TRGV11. Each is linked with PER2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PER2-to-partner and partner-to-PER2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LSM3 grouped by PER2-low versus PER2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
