PER2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PER2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PER2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, GAPDH, and PEA-15_pS116. Each is linked with PER2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PER2-to-partner and partner-to-PER2 results are reported.
