PER2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PER2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 491 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PER2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GID4, TRMT10A, and FGF23. Each is linked with PER2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PER2-to-partner and partner-to-PER2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GID4 grouped by PER2-low versus PER2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
