PER1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PER1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,258 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PER1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NR3C1_T8, TNS2, and C11orf96. Each is linked with PER1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PER1-to-partner and partner-to-PER1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PER1 versus NR3C1_T8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
