Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PER1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,327 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL11B, HIF3A, and SATB2-AS1. Each is linked with PER1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PER1-to-partner and partner-to-PER1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PER1 versus BCL11B in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
