PER1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PER1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,037 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5696, FANCC, and CALM3. Each is linked with PER1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PER1-to-partner and partner-to-PER1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5696 grouped by PER1-low versus PER1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
