Across TCGA cell cohorts, PER1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,074 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PER1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nuclear receptor-mediated glucocorticoid signaling pathway, Circadian regulation of gene expression, and Negative regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with PER1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PER1-to-partner and partner-to-PER1 results are reported.
