Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PER1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 704 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R39, PRAM1, and TKTL2. Each is linked with PER1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PER1-to-partner and partner-to-PER1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R39 grouped by PER1-low versus PER1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
