PEPD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEPD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,326 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEPD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBCB, METTL7B, and ATP8B1. Each is linked with PEPD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEPD-to-partner and partner-to-PEPD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEPD versus TBCB in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEPD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEPD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
