Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEPD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,703 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PEPD-associated genes across cancer lineages are LHFPL6, COMP, and ECM2. Each is linked with PEPD in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEPD-to-partner and partner-to-PEPD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEPD versus LHFPL6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEPD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEPD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
