Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEPD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,536 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PEPD-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL5, CCL4, and CCL3. Each is linked with PEPD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEPD-to-partner and partner-to-PEPD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL5 grouped by PEPD-low versus PEPD-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEPD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEPD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
