Across TCGA cell cohorts, PEPD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,683 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEPD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, Negative regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, and Protein-containing complex disassembly. Each is linked with PEPD in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEPD-to-partner and partner-to-PEPD results are reported.
