PEMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,907 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPDU1, ATPAF2, and RUVBL2. Each is linked with PEMT in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEMT-to-partner and partner-to-PEMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEMT versus MPDU1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
