PEMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,538 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEMT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCOR1, UBTF, and ADNP. Each is linked with PEMT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEMT-to-partner and partner-to-PEMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEMT versus NCOR1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
