PEMT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 119 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP181, FXNP1, and RNA5SP487. Each is linked with PEMT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEMT-to-partner and partner-to-PEMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP181 grouped by PEMT-low versus PEMT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
