Across TCGA cell cohorts, PEMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,708 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEMT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 5-phosphoribose 1-diphosphate metabolic process, 5-phosphoribose 1-diphosphate biosynthetic process, and Regulation of establishment of protein localization to chromosome. Each is linked with PEMT in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEMT-to-partner and partner-to-PEMT results are reported.
