Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PELP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PELP1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher PELP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PELP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and SKCM show a favorable association.
BRCA, BLCA, and READ are the cancer types where PELP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
