Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PELP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PELP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bak, eIF4E, and PCNA. Each is linked with PELP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PELP1-to-partner and partner-to-PELP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bak grouped by PELP1-low versus PELP1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PELP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PELP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
