PELI3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PELI3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,435 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PELI3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VEZF1, COG3, and CASP4. Each is linked with PELI3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PELI3-to-partner and partner-to-PELI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PELI3 versus VEZF1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PELI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PELI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
