PELI3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PELI3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PELI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACP5, SESN2, and HIP1R. Each is linked with PELI3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PELI3-to-partner and partner-to-PELI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PELI3 versus ACP5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PELI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PELI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
