PELI3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PELI3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 922 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PELI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4262, TRAJ46, and ABT1P1. Each is linked with PELI3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PELI3-to-partner and partner-to-PELI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4262 grouped by PELI3-low versus PELI3-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PELI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PELI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
