PELI3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PELI3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,844 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PELI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLC2, AP5B1, and CCS. Each is linked with PELI3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PELI3-to-partner and partner-to-PELI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PELI3 versus KLC2 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PELI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PELI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
