PELI1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PELI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,561 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PELI1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MPRIP_S619, TANC1, and SRP54. Each is linked with PELI1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PELI1-to-partner and partner-to-PELI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PELI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PELI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
