Across TCGA patient cohorts, PELI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,329 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PELI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLN, PGM1, and PRODH. Each is linked with PELI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PELI1-to-partner and partner-to-PELI1 results are reported.
