PEG3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEG3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,264 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEG3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, AKT3, and HDGFL3. Each is linked with PEG3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEG3-to-partner and partner-to-PEG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
