PEG3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEG3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,849 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNP, NUDT10, and TMEM263. Each is linked with PEG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEG3-to-partner and partner-to-PEG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
