Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEG10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,347 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PEG10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGCE, GINS1, and TTI1. Each is linked with PEG10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEG10-to-partner and partner-to-PEG10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEG10 versus SGCE in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEG10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEG10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
