Across TCGA cell cohorts, PEG10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,204 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEG10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle-mediated intercellular transport, Collagen catabolic process, and RNA localization. Each is linked with PEG10 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEG10-to-partner and partner-to-PEG10 results are reported.
