PEF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,575 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDC, HDAC1, and NMNAT1. Each is linked with PEF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEF1-to-partner and partner-to-PEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEF1 versus NUDC in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
