Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PEDS1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PEDS1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher PEDS1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PEDS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and KICH are the cancer types where PEDS1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
