Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PEDS1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PEDS1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PEDS1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PEDS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC, PDAC, and LUAD are the cancer types where PEDS1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
