PEDS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEDS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,136 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEDS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COLGALT1, CSE1L, and PSME1. Each is linked with PEDS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEDS1-to-partner and partner-to-PEDS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEDS1 versus COLGALT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEDS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEDS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
