PEDS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEDS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,739 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEDS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD40LG, GRAP2, and CHRDL1. Each is linked with PEDS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEDS1-to-partner and partner-to-PEDS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEDS1 versus CD40LG in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEDS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEDS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
