PEDS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEDS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 371 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEDS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGAE, DOHH, and CSN3. Each is linked with PEDS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEDS1-to-partner and partner-to-PEDS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ITGAE grouped by PEDS1-low versus PEDS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEDS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEDS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
