Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PECAM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,857 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PECAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC1A, FLI1, and GMFG. Each is linked with PECAM1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PECAM1-to-partner and partner-to-PECAM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PECAM1 versus CLEC1A in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PECAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PECAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
