PECAM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PECAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PECAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD31B, SNORA10B, and MIR328. Each is linked with PECAM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PECAM1-to-partner and partner-to-PECAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD31B grouped by PECAM1-low versus PECAM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PECAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PECAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
