PEAR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEAR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,619 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEAR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAVIN3_S62, MMRN2, and NID2. Each is linked with PEAR1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEAR1-to-partner and partner-to-PEAR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEAR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEAR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
