PEAK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEAK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,244 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEAK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01581, MTFP1, and CEP76. Each is linked with PEAK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEAK1-to-partner and partner-to-PEAK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01581 grouped by PEAK1-low versus PEAK1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEAK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEAK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
