PEAK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PEAK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,046 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEAK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMG20A, HERC1, and ATXN7. Each is linked with PEAK1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEAK1-to-partner and partner-to-PEAK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEAK1 versus HMG20A in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEAK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEAK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
