Across TCGA cell cohorts, PEAK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,460 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEAK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, Endosomal transport, and Endocytic recycling. Each is linked with PEAK1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEAK1-to-partner and partner-to-PEAK1 results are reported.
