Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDZD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,480 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDZD7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SFXN3, DPCD, and AHCY. Each is linked with PDZD7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDZD7-to-partner and partner-to-PDZD7 results are reported.
