PDZD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDZD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,921 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDZD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, NKX2-6, and CHEK1. Each is linked with PDZD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDZD3-to-partner and partner-to-PDZD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP411 grouped by PDZD3-low versus PDZD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDZD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDZD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
