PDZD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDZD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,053 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDZD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, DONSON, and MCM10. Each is linked with PDZD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDZD2-to-partner and partner-to-PDZD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 grouped by PDZD2-low versus PDZD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDZD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDZD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
