PDXK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDXK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,215 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDXK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HA2, RPS6KA5, and SERPINH1. Each is linked with PDXK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDXK-to-partner and partner-to-PDXK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDXK versus P4HA2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDXK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDXK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
