Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDXK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,946 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDXK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS17, NOP56, and IL4I1. Each is linked with PDXK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDXK-to-partner and partner-to-PDXK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDXK versus RPS17 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDXK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDXK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
