Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDXK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,798 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDXK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC88C, C18orf25, and SAP30. Each is linked with PDXK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDXK-to-partner and partner-to-PDXK results are reported.
