PDXK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDXK RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,048 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDXK-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUMO3, FAM207A, and POFUT2. Each is linked with PDXK in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDXK-to-partner and partner-to-PDXK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDXK versus SUMO3 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDXK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDXK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
